HOW IT WORKS
This exclusive opportunity will be limited to 30 members. As a member you will have 24/7 key fob access with unlimited booking. Guests are included in your reservation. This is meant to feel like a shared backyard golf shed. Whenever you'd like to get some practice in, simply check the calendar on the site and make your reservation. This is to communicate to the other members the time slot is occupied.
The Process
Finding a Space
Once we have 30 founding members on the waitlist and a space has been identified, the initial deposits will be due and construction will begin. The build out is expected to take 6-8 weeks. We will be looking for around 1500 square feet in an area close to retail and dining venues.
Build Plan
We are planning to build a single Trackman bay with multiple monitors and TVs. There will also a lounge area for guests. In addition to the hitting bay, we will plan to have a small physio area and a putting green.
Opening
Once the space is ready, members will be able to start making reservations. The space will not be open to the public without a member invite. All members will receive key fobs and have access to the studio 24/7 365.
