Initial Deposit - $3000
The initial deposit will be an "equity" membership into the studio. this will initially fund construction and allow us to lease the space. When you choose to cancel your membership, this deposit will be refunded assuming a new member will be filling your place.

Monthly Dues - $195
The monthly dues split the cost of operating the studio among the members. This is an estimate as the largest line item will be the building lease. This will also cover other expenses such as software subscriptions, security, cleaning, and routine maintenance.

Hidden Fees - $0
There are no hidden fees or money grab add ons. This is a place for serious golfers to share a unique space.
