Initial Deposit - $3000
The initial deposit will be an "equity" membership into the studio. this will initially fund construction and allow us to lease the space. When you choose to cancel your membership, this deposit will be refunded assuming a new member will be filling your place.

Monthly Dues - $295
The monthly dues split the cost of operating the studio among the members.

Hidden Costs - $0
There are no hidden fees or money grab add ons. This is a place for serious golfers to share a unique space.
